Applecart Arts is delighted to present a rich tapestry of creative arts celebrating the best of who we all are. Music, drama, dance, puppetry, crafts, clowning and astronauts… even the statues are alive!!
Over a ten-day period, Art & Soul Fest will flood Plashet Park with performances and creative workshops as well as a few satellite events in the surrounding area to wet everyone’s appetite.
The performances and workshops are all free. We’ll provide all the necessary materials. Just bring yourself!

Other Events
We're pleased to be hosting some other events outside of the Plashet Park festival site. These include:
14th & 15th September 2021, 3pm - 5pm
Taking place at Little Ilford Youth Zone
Introduction to Acting and Devised Theatre where participants will gain core performing arts techniques and skills, and given the chance to put them into practice devising a short piece of theatre.
Writing for performance: Building character and story for the stage, where participants will be introduced to effectively construct stories for the stage, involving writing exercises and tasks.

Look out for the Brass United Social Club, the international, funktastic supergroup you never knew you needed - popping up in East Ham! Punchy, energetic, loud - BUSC's take on some of the biggest hits is guaranteed to get you bopping, from surefire party-starters like Adele and Lady Gaga to dancefloor-fillers such as Jimmy Somerville and Daft Punk.
