This is a fun and dynamic dance workshop for everyone. 

Guided by Emily, participants will explore all the colours, textures, and rhythms of the body - discovering the full range and quality of movement available to each joint, muscle, and bone. Through a series of exercises and games, participants in this workshop will be given the time and space to focus on their own body and movements, before building on these exercises in pairs and small groups, and finally ending with one big, bold group dance improvisation. This is a time to connect to your own potential and to get inspired by others, to move the body freely and shake-off the stresses of the last year. 

Participants should come away feeling energised and surprised by the expressive potential of their bodies. This is a celebration of community, with no judgement, no right, no wrong, just moving together to music!

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
