SEEDS 21 in association with Little Ilford Youth Zone will be hosting two free creative workshops for young participants interested in gaining some skills and an insight into the world of theatre. The two workshops will be delivered by Nicole Botha and Darrel Draper as part of Applecart Art's Youth Theatre work will be:

14th September 3pm - 5pm
Introduction to Acting and Devised Theatre where participants will gain core performing arts techniques and skills, and given the chance to put them into practice devising a short piece of theatre

15th September 3pm - 5pm
Writing for performance: Building character and story for the stage, where participants will be introduced to the core skills of creative writing and how to effectively construct stories for the stage, involving writing exercises and tasks.
