Focussing on a key aspect of Babel’s work we unpack some of the fundamentals of ensemble theatre making in a deep, rooted and intense period. In this intensive physical exploration of ensemble training, we explore and develop a profound sense of connection to ourselves, to each other and to the space around us.

This workshop is suitable for people with all levels of experience. No previous physical theatre experience is necessary.

Babel is an award-winning physical theatre and arts organisation. Our work aims to be gate-opening by providing early career opportunities for people to engage in the arts, to develop social and life skills, and improve physical and mental wellbeing. We fundamentally believe that everyone is creative. We exist to bring communities together through joint creative education, expression and opportunities which support collaboration, socialising and conversation.
