Applecart invite you to join our FREE sessions of positive health and wellbeing activities this Spring.
Each week we will be running two separate yoga classes led by our highly qualified yoga teacher, Sarah Burgess and one parallel, fun-filled activity session for primary aged children led by Applecart artists, creatives and chef.
Parent and Baby Yoga
Every Tuesday, 14:15 – 15:15
Our first session is a parent and baby yoga class suitable for parents, carers and guardians with their babies aged 6+ weeks to pre-crawling.

Our second session is a yoga class just for grown-ups.

Children's Wellbeing session
Calling all kids 5-11!
Join us for fun activities that promote positive health and wellbeing. Children’s activities will include fun games designed to get kids moving, as well as drama, arts and craft and cooking activities.
Children sessions are suitable for ages 5 – 11 years and are limited to 3 children per adult attending the yoga class.
