The pace of city life sometimes gets too much. Alex Gomar never really liked racing people. He never wanted to beat people, and sometimes he finds moving too fast quite distressing. So sometimes he likes to move slowly. Very slowly.

Join him as, to celebrate the Olympics and Paralympics, he runs the slowest race ever run.

The slowest animal on earth, the sloth, at its average speed, would take 50 minutes to run a 100m sprint. Alex is about to try to beat that. Or lose to that. He's not quite sure, it's more about the fun of it anyway. Cheer him on, in what is set to be a very weird Olympic event.
