Hello everyone,
In light of the current public health concerns surrounding Covid-19 we wanted to tell you all about how Applecart will be navigating these difficult and uncertain times.
As a community hub we know we have a responsibility, now more than ever, to ensure that people feel connected to each other and we are seeking ways to facilitate this in the safest way possible.
At the current time Applecart Arts and the Harold Road Centre will be remaining open for events and bookings. All planned workshops and performances will be going ahead as normal. If you have tickets booked to any events we will be in touch if anything changes. We will be monitoring Government and health guidelines closely and will provide updates as and when necessary, via email as well as on our social media channels.
We are working hard to ensure we have hot water and soap available in all bathrooms and kitchens and will provide hand sanitiser at our reception desk (for as long as we can source it!) for visitors to use as they enter and leave the building.
We continue to welcome groups and gatherings to the venue and encourage those visiting our centre to wash their hands regularly and follow WHO advice on preventing transmission of the virus. We are aware of the many faith groups that make use of our spaces and recommend they follow Government guidance available here.
Thank you for your continued cooperation.
Stay safe and wash your hands!
The Applecart Team
