We are looking for volunteers to come on board to help with the programming, administration and running of Newham Unlocked Festival (17th - 26th September).

For the Festival we will mostly be programmed into marquees, big tops and gazebos within Plashet Park in East Ham, but a few events will also happen in and around the area – in public spaces, libraries, community and youth centres and so on.

Volunteers can work remotely or in office space at Applecart's current home in Plaistow if required. Regular meetings will take place, mostly on Fridays.

We are flexible around availability, and particular interests or specialisms. This is an exciting training opportunity, and we want to support volunteers in gaining key experience in running a festival with a non-profit charity and to ensure they gain tangible skills.
