We are offering the exciting opportunity to become a core member of Applecart’s team as we create a new thriving hub for local residents, artists, actors, directors and writers in London’s East End. We're looking for volunteers to help host performances in our theatre, receiving visitors and making them feel welcome.

WHY VOLUNTEER?

Whether it is to make new friends, gain new skills, or simply experience the buzz of our unique community arts venue, people volunteer with us for many reasons.

We are looking for Volunteers to act as the public face of Applecart Arts during our performances and events, ensuring that our visitors have a positive, enjoyable and safe experience.

KEY DUTIES
•Look after our visitors to make sure they are safe and happy
•Act as a good ambassador for Applecart Arts, supporting the artistic vision
•Check tickets and show visitors to their seats
•Sell programmes, merchandise and ice cream
•Undertake duties both inside and outside the theatre
•Answer visitor enquires and problems
•Assist in emergency evacuations of the site (full training will be given)

Please note the minimum age requirement to become a Volunteer is 16.
